One free isopod starter count per purchase. Orders including this item that don’t meet the subtotal (that is the order value before shipping and taxes) threshold will not include free isopods. Orders not including this item will not include free isopods unless you reach out via email. The subtotal threshold is based only on the live animal order and not any supply orders placed around the same time.

If destination temperatures have forecasted lows below 40F or highs above 85F on expected delivery days your order will be held for pickup at your nearest USPS post office to ensure the safety of your isopods.
