Porcellio scaber is an excellent choice for beginner keepers and bioactive enclosures. They tolerate a range of environments and come in more color morphs than any other isopod. The Ghost morph typically presents as a beautiful light purple with lighter skirting. Ghost does not breed true to 100% purple coloration though and pale yellow or white can pop up.
